single cream or double cream?

Which is better? I prefer not to have double cream at home as I tend to go overboard with it cos it tastes so good. Is it better to have double or single cream?

Hi! So sorry to hear you are struggling. I am not really struggling that much I am just getting really really upset with the scales as they have shown no loss in over a week. I don't know what is happening. and I didnt have a big loss in my first week either...

Coco, I think you need to look closely at what you're eating, have you any hidden carbs there?
