Today has been a Green day, albeit a really busy one at that so just had to munch whatever was on hand until this evening, so I've missed out on some of my veggies etc. Going to York for 2 nights tommorow for my 3 year anniversary with the Mister so heres to praying I can come back Sunday and have maintained :confused:

2 x W/meal bread from 400g loaf HEB no.1

SW Rice pudding - made with 250ml skimmed milk from HEA No.1
Banana x 1, handful of raspberries & blackberries

Total syns: 12.5 for day :rolleyes: within my 5-15 so, happy with that!

Well today has been a toughy. Pmt looming as * week approaches & all i want to do is bloody well EAT!!!
Honest opinions on today guys, feel Ive done okay considering i've craved chocolate none stop =( lol. Xx

1/2 tin of baked beans
