    First day I've used this website, its fantastic :)

    Today has been a Green day, albeit a really busy one at that so just had to munch whatever was on hand until this evening, so I've missed out on some of my veggies etc. Going to York for 2 nights tommorow for my 3 year anniversary with the Mister so heres to praying I can come back Sunday and have maintained :confused:

    Breakfast:
    Cup of sweetened coffee - dash of milk from 300ml skimmed HEA
    2 x Laughing cow light from HEA no.2
    2 x W/meal bread from 400g loaf HEB no.1

    Snack:
    Cadbury's Chomp - 5.5 syns

    Lunch:
    1 x Spicy sweet & sour 1% fat mugshot
    4 x Quorn sausages
    Diet coke drink with ice.
    1 x Weetabix 'Oaty bar' HEB no.2

    Dinner:
    6 x Swedish style Quorn meatballs
    Wholemeal pasta shells
    Co-op Tomato & herb pasta sauce - 4.5 syns
    White chocolate options - 2.5 syns

    Dessert:
    SW Rice pudding - made with 250ml skimmed milk from HEA No.1
    Banana x 1, handful of raspberries & blackberries

    Total syns: 12.5 for day :rolleyes: within my 5-15 so, happy with that!

    Thanks claire i've been missing out it seems hehe.
    Defo going to try harder today with the veg but going away this afternoon!!...xx

    Well today has been a toughy. Pmt looming as * week approaches & all i want to do is bloody well EAT!!!
    Honest opinions on today guys, feel Ive done okay considering i've craved chocolate none stop =( lol. Xx

    Breakfast:
    1 x WW w/meal bread (3 syns)
    2 x eggs scrambled
    1/2 tin of baked beans
    1 x large banana
    1 x plum

    Snacks: 1 x caramel options
    1 x chicken pasta mugshot

    Lunch:
    Side salad & dressing (2 syns)
    1/2 jacket potato
    5 bean quorn chilli
    Dr pepper zero (500ml)
    WW toffee apple fat free yoghurt
    1 x banana fun sized

    Snacks:
    1 x lemon cheesecake ww fat free yoghurt
    1 x clementine
    Glass of diet coke.

    Dinner:
    2 x turkey breasts
    Mushy peas
    1/3 plate brocolli
    Handful SW chips
    Frylight
    1x tbsp bbq sauce ( 1 syn )

    Dessert:
    SW syn free rice pudding
    Sweetner
    1 x Caramel Options ( 2 syns )

    HEA - 250ml semi
    HEB - 1 x Oaty bar

    Weigh day: Tuesday =D xx
