Sirloin Steak on Extra Easy

Hi Everyone,

I hope you're all having a fab week. I have a little question someone might be able to help me with....Today I bought a sirloin steak for my din dins. It's smallish, as I heard steak the size of your palm should be plenty big enough, and I'll be cutting off the fat before cooking (then frying with low cal). I looked in the optimising book and it says beef is a free food. Then I looked in the back and it says 'beefsteak' is syns, but I'm not sure if this means processed 'beefsteak' like ones from Birdseye etc.

Does anyone know if sirloin steak is free or not? I've tried SW website and have had no joy at all.

I've read stuff about people eating steak...but do they count it as a syn.

Please help.....I'm hungry.
Love C xxx

Steak is free as long as any visible fat is removed.

free, I had some melt in the mouth steak for dinner tonight, all washed down with a glass of red wine :)

Just had a mini heart attack reading your first post.....i had a huge steak stir-fry on Wednesday thinking it was completely free.....so now im extremely thankful that it was!! :)
