I'm going to have a week off recording my diary as I've put on 2.5lb this week & need to get my head back in the game!!

Will re-start again next Monday....

I'm really busy with the new job....

Oh and the weight loss is just not happening :-(!!

as for the weight just keep goin :) ul get there eventually... maybe just longer than u wanted.

i dont think im doin to bad... still on target for my halfway goal (13st 7lb by end june) yay! Hopefully i can get down to stone n half next week too :)

Just keep going... from ur stats uv already come along way. I wish u luck
 
I was supposed to start my diary this week but it's just not happened....

I am back on it and will post the result of my WI next Monday....

My Diary should start again next Tuesday but it may be a new one coz 6 stone in 6 months is not happening!!

I'm currently at 11lb since re-starting!!

Hope your all doing well & well done to the ones still losing regularly. It is so easy to relax & put lots back on!!
