been browsing the forums here for a while now and have finally placed an order for slim&save today so thought I'd best start a diary thread! Excited and scared all at the same time, but really want and need to lose the weight. I've been finding the other diary threads here really helpful and motivating! A bit about me: I'm in my twenties, 5'4'' and a shameful 16st7lbs last time I checked. currently wearing size 18 jeans, but i'm probably more like a 20. so embarrassing :sigh: used to be much smaller. not super slim with like a flat belly, but smaller than I am now, like a size 12. would love love love to get down to a size 10!!! don't think anything smaller would be possible for me. i've wanted to lose weight for ages now but it's been very stop and start. thinking that losing some weight fast to begin with could be motivating? i've done ketogenic diets in the past so know it's all about getting through those first few days! How long would it take to drop from an 18/20 to a 10?? my S&S stuff should arrive tomorrow morning so I can get started straightaway. Is it a bad idea to start on a Saturday?
