I'm so happy I had to post!!

I was feeling like a scruff in work cos my uniform is now two big...

So I went to asda in my lunch and got a new pair of size 14 work trousers!! :talk017:

Just need to get a smaller work shirt now

I've now dropped 3 dress sizes!!

Has anyone else started to see a big difference since starting CD/LT etc??

Yes, mine hit this week too. Great feelin init!!!

I can not stand the thought of trying to squeeze into a size of clothing I know I'm not ready for so I've sort of hung on to my clothes but, like you, there comes a point........:D

Well done!! You must feel so great!!

I know I feel amazing having dropped from 22 to 12. It's wonderful how much nicer clothes feel in a smaller size doesn't it? It's like it gets to be a better fit somehow.
