Breakfast- Bananna, 2xAlpen Bars (HeB)

Lunch- Veg crudites with SW Hummus (1/2 syn), pineapple, Shape yog, French Fries (4 syns)

Dinner- SW style BBQ!!! Chicken in nandos suce (1/2 syn), Sausages x 3 (6 syns) Burger (2 syns) Wholemeal roll (HeB) with 42g catheral city lighter (HeA) Salad with pesto dressing (1/2 syn) and croutons (1 syn) SW coleslaw (1/2 syn) sweet chilli sauce dip (1/2 syn)

Afters- Pineapple in honey (1 syn) done on the barbie with strawberries and white choc options mixed in quark (1/2 syn)

Sunday Green Day- Easter sunday!

Breakfast- Alpen bar (1/2 HeB)

Lunch- ate out- Tuna (HeB) mayo Jacket potato with red onion and cheese (2xHeA) with salad (6 syns for mayo)

Snacks- Crisps (8 syns) Alpen Bar (1/2 HeB), Pineapple & Grapes

Dinner- Pasta in Sw pesto (2.5 syns)

Easter treat in the evening!- Malteaster bunny! (8 syns)

Dinner- 3 egg omlette with cheese (1 & 1/3 HeA) with SW chips and BBQ dipping sauce (1 syn)

Afters- Fruit salad dipped in Quark with white choc options (1 syn)

Friday Extra Easy (Royal wedding) Day & weigh in day!

No breakfast got up late and knew I was going for a BBQ! :)

Lunch/dinner- Crisps (10 syns) Reduced fat dip (2 syns) Breadsticks (2 syns)
BBQ- Chicken, Prawns, Sauasges (4 syns) Garlic bread (4 syns) Salad, new pots, BBq sauce (1/2 syn) Prawn sauce (1/2 syn) 14g RF cheese (1/3 HeA)

Strawberries and raspberries dipped in Quark mixed with white choc options (1/2 syn)

Supper- 28g Special K sustain (HeB) milk from allowance (1/3 HeA)

Snacks- Babybel light (1/3 HeA)

Weigh in- lost 3/4 lbs this week which i am quite pleased about although it is getting slower now. may start reducing my syns after this week or trying some red days

I did nip round to one of our neighbours leaving party tonight and didnt eat a thing, there was sausage rolls, chocolate muffins and choccie fingers. very proud of myself

This week i do have a baby shower tomorrow, pub lunch monday, Prezzo tuesday evening, pub lunch weds! ekkkk not gonna be a great week is it! ive tried to sort my syns accordingly but im not hopeful this week as i have a week of work and catching up with different people- always meaning food with my friends!!!

Oh dear! thats all i can say- Baby shower BBQ!!

Breakfast- Bacon mushrooms & peppers

Lunch- Sausages (3 syns) Roll (4 syns) Coleslaw homemade (1 syn) pot salad homemade (1.5 syns) ketchup (1/2 syn) chicken Feta (HeA) salad

Snacks- Crisp (5 Syns) Cupcake (7 syns) chocolate truffles which i won in a game (15 syns!!!!!!!!!!!)

oppps lots of syns no dinner, no HeB's. not a great day food wise, but a fantastic day otherwise. i am already not looking forward to friday weigh in. i have soo much stuff on this week too! :(

Ok so its now friday i have weighed in and i put on 1lb 1/4!

I am not gonna bother putting my last few days up because it will only depress me. put it this way i was BAD! :( oh dear

Thats what happens when u have a week off work and then plan to do loads of things!

I will be starting again today and update tonight with my food diary for today

I was very pleased with myself today for how good i was when i was out.

Weigh in i lost 1 1/4lb lost what i put on last week which was good. so this week need a biggie!
