Tuesday Extra Easy Day

Breakfast- Shape Yog

Lunch- Tuna Pasta with mayo (1 syn) & Fruit salad

Snacks- Snackajack curls (3.5 syns) cadburys choco (3 syns)

Dinner- chicken (1 syn) in pitta (HeB) with SW chips & coleslaw (1.5 syn) BBQ sauce (1 Syn)

After dinner- 4 mikado (2 syns)

No HeA today... opps

Total syns- 13

Wednesday Extra Easy Day

Breakfast- 2x Alpen Bars (HeB)

Lunch- Leek and pot bake (1/2 HeA) Fruit Salad

Snacks- French Fries (4.5 syns) snack a jack curls (3.5 syns) Babybel (1/2 HeA)

Dinner- Chicken with bacon and Philli (1 syn) Jacket Pot with 42g catheral city (HeA) mayo (1/2 syn) Salad

After Dinner- Caramel ice cream cone (9 syns!!!!)

Had 2 HeA's today, used the one from yesterday! dunno if im allowed but had a really strange week this week. Have stuck to plan but feel like ive eaten way too much! and can feel a gain!

Thursday Green Day

Breakfast- None got up late and was going for lunch

Lunch- Chicken (HeB) Bacon (HeB) cheese (HeA) handful of chips (6 syns) BBQ sauce (1/2 syn)

Snacks- Haribo sweets (4 syns) Strawberries with tsp of squirty cream (1/2 syn)

Dinner- SW canneloni from this months mag syn free! Cheese (HeA)

After dinner- 4 mikado (2 syns)

Total daily syns 13
Total weekly syns- 107/105!

Oppps i really feel like im gonna gain this week... nooo ireally dont want to :(

Friday Green Day- Weigh in day

0.5lbs on! :( i knew i would put on this week, just felt it and was due on P today. Hoping for a big loss next week! need to get my 2 stone!

Dinner- Quorn Burger in wholemeal roll (HeB) with SW chips and (1/2 HeA) BBQ Sauce (1 syn)

After dinner- Curly Wurly (6 syns)
