After falling off the wagon for the best part of a week due to my birthday and general lack of motivaiton, i'm please to announce i'm back on it as of today! Yay!

Beakfast: Apple and a banana
Lunch: 4 Original Ryvita's (B) with 300g of Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (1.5)
Dinner: Curried Chicken Stew (Diced chicken breast, carrots, red onion, mushrooms, red pepper, chicken OXO cube, curry powder and water)
Snacks: Ryvita Minis (B), Time Out (4.5) and white chocolate Options (2.5) mixed with Quark.
Total Syns: 8.5
