Skimmed Milk on SS

Hello All

I am confused... Not very hard to do LOL.

Can we now have milk on SS? My CDC is away and so cannot check.

I normally just pop in and buy my packs and thats it so not checked last time I went.

Hi MICHELLE ON ss+ You can have 200mls of milk a day I think there is a sticky at the top to confirm this.

Thanks for that. I did read something a few weeks ago but couldnt think which sticky thread it was on.

That is why I thought I would ask my CDC then forgot in my haste to get away... from the dreaded weigh in before she went on hols...

Thanks again cos now I can have some milk in my coffee's yeah cos I hate them black.
