Skin problems!!

Has anyone noticed a change in their skin whilst being on the CD? My skin has become a little dry and I'm starting to get blemishes!!!!!!

Does anyone know any good cures?

Hi Sue,

I would have oily skin so my skin has improved on the diet.

Whereas a friend got dry skin and a few blemishes like what you describe and she took eye q and this improved her skin within two weeks.

i was wondering this last night after using a face mask, the same
one i usually use & it left my face red & burning, although only temporarily ???????
is this due to CD?

Could be? I know I noticed my skin was drier when on LL, and a few of my classmates did too!
