Ww wholemeal roast with lurpak lighter hexb & 2 syns

Lunch
Homemade spicy tomato and basil soup with pasta 1 syn. 2 slices ww bread hexb. Diet yoghurt with mixed berries

Snack bananna & 1x humbug 2 syns 1 x maom Waom 3??

Dinner
Spaghetti bolognese made with quorn with cheese hexa

Milk from allowance

So weighed this morning weighed 13.3st and swore to myself that I wouldn't see it again!!!

Today's food - green

2 wholemeal toast small loaf with light olive spread and marmite 2 syns & hexb

Lunch

Salmon salad hexb. Muller choc dessert 4.5 syns

Dinner

Sweet & sour qourn chicken with noodles 6 syns for tinned pineapple and juice.

Snack

Banana

Hex a milk

Total syns 13.5

Lunch sweet & sour mug shot with shape 0% fat vanilla yoghurt and fruit salad of pineapple, grapes & peach

Dinner qourn pasta bake hex a for cheese. Muller choc pudding 4.5

Gym 40 minutes
