Skinny September bride...with your help!

Hi all,

I've been following several posts on here for a few months, but I really need a kick up the bum.

I've done slimming world before and lost weight easily and quite quickly however that was on the original and green plans.

I'm resorting back to what I know, and hoping you can keep me on track by checking my food diary.

Hen weekend in Marbella is 6th June and i'd like to get into the next stone bracket for then (11's :confused:) and not look like a whale on the beach.

My wedding dress comes on 13th July so that I my ultimate goal, to get to 11 1/2 at the most by then and maintain until 7 Sept...wedding day! :)

Today's food diary (red day)

Breakfast - 1 weetabix oaty bar HEB
Lunch - 2 x Asda GFY crispbread HEB & 2 llaughing cow extra light triangles HEA (6 per HE)
Dinner - pulled pork with salad & Kraft light French dressing

Syns=0
 
Right so I fell off the wagon!!!!


Started a fresh on weighing in on Tuesday morning at 13 stone 1.5lb ?

Realised its 10 weeks on Sat until my wedding so I need to stick to plan and hopefully get at least a stone off...

Has anyone used the Raspberry Ketone or Green Coffee exteact to help with weight loss?

So today's diary is as follows:
B - 2 weetabix (B) and milk (a)
L - sweet and sour mug shot (free) muller light (free)
Snack - Apple
D - mushroom risotto (free) with cheese (a)
Exercise - 2.5 mile run

B - 1 aplenty light bar (b)
L - fruit salad (apple, melon, kiwi, apple, orange (free)
D - batchelors pasta n sauce leek and ham (1 syn)
Circuits class 1hour
