Hello,I thought I would do a diary to track how I am doing and feeling.I have lost 21lbs (was 30lbs but who knows what happened!) with WW. I started in April 2012, left for a while and rejoined in April 2013. I have decided to try the exante diet and started this on the 7th April weighing 12st8lbs. My goal is 10st7.I am on day 2 and finding it fine so far, feeling hungry though! I have the shakes, porridge, bars and soups and have tried them all. I'm not so keen on the bars at the moment. am drinking LOADS of water! Weighed myself this morning and am down to 12st4lbs!
 
Struggling today, but that may be more to do with the kids being challenging. Weighed this morning and down to 11st12lbs. Drank loads of water and about to have my last pack. Early night I think!
 
Kids are now in bed, after what seems like the longest day ever! I am struggling today, jsut want to pack it all in!
 
Crap night of sleep, the littlest wouldn't sleep. the kids have got out of the wrong side of the bed and are arguing so it's going to be a long day. Chocolate shake made with peppermint tea this morning. Surprisingly nice.

Weighed this morning and 11st12. My weigh day is a saturday at ww as I help out, not sure how I an going to explain this lol I have had bad health the past few weeks and was on tablets that made me gain weight and it was totm last week so hopefully that will be an explanation.
 
Challenging day overall,the kids aren't doing well with the heat and have been playing up. It's nearly bed time and I am going to chill out and do nothing! Weighed myself this afternoon, naughty I know, and I am 11st7! Not sure if I believe it
 
Kids are finally in bed and I am shattered. We walked losds today and I have ran about all day. Washed and hoovered the car too. Early night I think
 
10.5lbs off! Today is wi day, down to 11st 11.5. The lightest I have been since 2009 when I got to goal after having my son!

So bloody pleased and i had a meal last night of chicken, salad and a little coleslaw so felt guilty lol

I had a bar today, and 2 small meals. Prawns and salad then trout and veg. Eating sensibly at weekend
 
That sounds good. I'm trying to do 100% TS because I go on holiday next Wednesday. Managed the last 2 days but today I had 2 shakes, 2 bars and 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter! Not too bad.
 
I stick to it 100% during the week, but not so easy at weekend's for a number of reasons. We went out for lunch today so no dinner for me tonight. Lucky it's too hot to eat. Back on it tomorrow
 
Sometimes I find it quite easy then at other times all I seem to want to do is eat! I've had an extra bar today as I thought it would stop me from being tempted to eat carbs.
 
I find it easy and would love to follow at weekend but hubby doesn't approve and it away during the week.
