you REALLY need to cut the squash out hun as it isnt going to help with your journey....just think, 34lbs can be done in under 3 months....3 months out of the rest of your life isnt a big thing hun...just focus on the diet, and the scales wont lie.
CD also do a Vegetable and fruit water flavouring to help ,but not sure if its limited to a certain amount per day..but its worth asking your CDC about...
I usually have my shakes wizzed up in a smoothy maker with loads of extra water and ice cubes as i find the shakes too sweet now otherwise....
The choc ones are nice hot as a coco as well!
You can also add herbs and certainly flavouring to the shakes....like curry powder, cumin etc...you just have to make sure there is no salt content in what you add...
When you get into week 2/3, you can have the shakes as puddings, and also you can have a bar to eat....also the frozen terta's are supposed to be lovely!
