Skulldilocks Food diary

Isn't it the best stuff ever, my consultant told us about it a couple of weeks ago and it feels so naughty for only 2 syns! What day do you weigh in? x
Weigh in on Weds :) Just turned down going out for dinner tonight with friends, said I'd meet them later. I could've optimised but I'm going for pub dinner tomorrow and I'm so desperate for a 100% week! x
 
So bored at work today, nothing to do! So checking in here. Cleaner has just brought in a massive pack of these gorgeous looking Cadbury biscuits and was trying to force them upon me but I managed to decline! Instead took the sugar free polo my colleague offered me and felt relieved! (probably half a syn if even that?)
My friends are trying to persuade me to go out tonight. Dinner followed by a bar. I've outright declined the meal, explaining I already had dinner prepared (a lie but I had it planned and am eating out tomorrow). I've said I'll meet them after they've finished their food but then if I do go to a bar, I will not drink any booze. This, alongside wanting to be home by 10.30 to see boyfriend when he's home from work makes going out seem pretty pointless. Is that a mean thing to say? I just want the temptation there if its not even really a special occasion.

Tomorrow I have a friend visiting that I never see (she lives on the other side of the UK) so am more willing to be flexible about going out and when I say flexible I mean Wetherspoons and a gig where I'll drink Diet coke. lol.
Hopefully my friends tonight will be understanding, Im going back on some medication that stops me being able to drink anyway so I kind of have that in my favour too.

Yeah! I've recently changed to 5:2 from SW and I love it- personal choice though! 5 days of eating normally and 2 days of 500 cals max, which suprisingly you can get quite a lot out of them :) xx
 
Thanks :) it's been a very successful day! Just finished dinner nice and full so will only need my hotchoc later as planned!
And its crazy, I've been buying low dat and spending quite a.lot when I could just grate 3 Babybels!
yeah you could, I've never grated babybels though. I always buy extra mature or the seriously strong cheddar and its more satisfying plus, the reduced fat cheese never melts good on toast ad stuff! X

Thanks Stevie! And I know that's exactly what I was like haha! Plus we have lots of eggs that need using! I've never perfected my SW quiche it always ends up a big soggy because I thought you have to line the tin/tray with paper but I've been told it won't stick without so fingers crossed this will be the best quiche ever haha! Just seen your diary too, sounds great, I am yet to attempt SW kebabs, gotta be done! x

UNF! That sounds lush Rochelle! Due to possibly being out and about, we're saving our fakeaway for Monday and then after weigh in. Rinsing the mag recipes with the Manhattan burger on Monday and the pulled pork on Tuesday :drools:

Oh no1 fancies pulled pork in my house :( I LOVE the burgers though! New fave :) x
 
Right after that long rant the plan is now to have my,quiche dinner and then.go out. Will literally be for couple of hours and.sticking to diet.coke. does.however mean I won't have time to have my quark.and hot choc mix so my syns for today will only 3! Just from condiments so may have a little treat tomo (like 10 syns of.choc or something if I fancy)

Pineapple chunks (SF/S)
Apple (SF/S)
Hifi bar (HEX B)
Shapers crisps (3.5 syns)
Tea with ss milk (part HEX A)
2 pints NAS squash
Bottle diet coke

Dinner:
Wetherspoons peri peri chicken (S) and pepper (SF/S) skewers
Mixed side salad (SF/S)
Peri peri dressing (approx. 3 syns)

Total syns:7.5
Body magic:lots of walking in sun
