Skulldilocks Food diary

Thanks all! Well I'm late logging my diary today as I've been at the doctors this morning. Was a bit emotional (and did end in cake) but I've synned it and was planning on doing weekly syns anyway so all will be fine. Did lots of body magic getting there and back as well. Only downside is I had it all planned out for the week as of today and my Asda delivery has been cancelled til tomorrow GRR! So going to have to blag it tomorrow with what I've got and hope for the best. Will cause a lack of superfree for the next two days though! Just pray my bank sorts itself out and lets me get my food tomorrow!

Thursday GREEN day

Breakfast:
2x Weetabix (HEX B)
Semi skimmed milk (part HEX A)
Sweetener (Free)
Tea with ss milk (part HEX A)

Lunch:
2x slices Warburtons wholemeal 400g (HEX B)
40g Catherdral Light cheddar (HEX A)
Red onion (SF/S)
1 tbsp. low fat salad cream (1 syn)

Snacks:
600ml Pepsi Max
Punnet of strawberries (SS/SF)
2x fun size apples (SF/S)
Mullerlight vanilla
3 litres water
Costa caramel shortbread (21.5 syns)

Dinner:
Cous cous
Quorn pieces (S)
Mixed peppers (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Green beans (SF/S)

Thank you! My new meds make me nauseous so no doubt the shortbread may not last very long anyway! ahha oh dear.

Going to see if my mum will be a dear and drive me toa supermarket tonight so I can stay on track. If not I just have to wait for dreaded Asda. I always go back to them because of the cheapness but it always mucks up somehow! X

Aww, I'm sure your mum will come to your rescue (mine always seems to!) We always go and do a big shop ourselves having run into problems with online ordering at pretty much every supermarket who offers it! I understand that without a car that's nigh on an impossibility, so it's a case of picking the lesser of a few evils. You never know, they might surprise you and sort you out with everything you need! :]

Well this weekend is going to be a massive challenge but I don't want to become a social invalid! Tomorrow I have been invited to a hot tub party with BBQ (I know, its not summer yet but hey the hot tub will be warm haha!) which will be a massive booze fest. Then on Saturday there is a dj night that I've been helping promote, which again will leave me surrounding by drink. For both, I will not be drinking a drop because if I have one, I won't stop. I don't have a problem, its just the way I roll and I can't have a few due to the meds.
This in itself will be a massive challenge but if I do it it means I don't need to flexisyn this week. The bbq part probably won't happen knowing my lot, as soon as the booze is opened, but if it does I'm planning to eat before the party. Same idea for the night out. Luckily the DJ night is literally down the road from my house, so there aren't any kebab shops on the way home.
I'm really dreading this, I genuinely don't know how I will cope being sober around so many drunk people. I mean I've done it plenty of times but never in a house party environment. We'll see I guess!

Totally feel your pain about this weekend hun, I'm also going to a house party and have decided not to drink as I'm so near to my 1st award but just hope they don't think I'm being boring! x
 
my plan to be 100% has been slightly ruined. My little meal plan for the week that is up on the fridge has already been ignored. My bank account has been frozen, my own fault but totally unexpected. This is why Asda didn't send my food. I went to Sainsbury's, packed all my stuff in my bags (£40 worth), to be told my card had been declined. Couldn't withdraw at the ATM either. FML! So basically the food for today is weak, with hardly any superfree as I can't buy any lol! Luckily the boyfriend came to the rescue but due to him working, we won't be getting the Asda delivery until tomorrow morning. So I'm just going to have to stuff myself with fruit and veg for the rest of the week!

This lack of money has its advantages though, at least I definitely can't drink now haha!

Its yummy, but not much of it, I'm missing my variety of fruit! I think I've been unlocked wahoo! Still will have to wait til tomorrow for delivery but at least I can perhaps pick up some salad later too lol :p

Thank you :) still got tonight to tackle but I'm sure it'll be good :) been very good so far today,.boy trested me to a nandos on the sun but dinner will just be picky bits as not that hungry after nandos

Saturday RED day
Breakfast:
3 bacon no fat, 1 LM rosemary & red onion sausage, 2 eggs in frylight, plum tomatoes and mushrooms, hifi bar (HEX B) 1 tea with ss milk and sweetener (0.5syns)

Well, another successful night booze free! Had a good night and despite having to escort the boy to the kebab shop I didn't buy anything! We have lots of hungover people at ours today so we're ordering Indian but Im making good choices and then itll be low syn til Weds

Had such a great weekend! Just hope I am rewarded at weigh in with a nice loss for my willpower! Going up to see my parents this evening, but my mum knows the score and so its a low syn dinner. Then because she can't do Zumba anymore, we'll be doing a long walk up to see my horse and back and the walk to my parents is 1.5 miles anyway so plenty of Body magic :)
