Afraid I don't know about the mint leaves (although I would expect not), but I'm sure someone on here will be able to answer for you.

I'm never all that great at sleeping, but I think it's a bit worse than normal since I've been on Lipotrim.

You should find you need less sleep after a while all the energy keeps ya going well it did for me anyway

you can make a peppermint tea let it go cold then put it in with your choc shake , i tried it was ok. i prefure coffee in the vanilla shake.

Thanks, I'm pretty pleased with myself just a little off form today - stomach trouble. I'm re-feeding at the moment for a week thats where you start to introduce a little food and cut back on the shakes so you can get back to eating. I should probably be doing several weeks of re-feed but I'm going straight into weight watchers for the last stone and a bit.
How are you finding it so far? Hope it goes really well for you, its tough but the big numbers really help

Don't find it so hard at the moment Day 6
so not that long into it my god can't imagine
getting to a bmi of 19.5 you really are an inspiration
when I get to 133lbs maybe Ill change my
mind ! At the moment just want to take one step at
a time x

You'll be surprised how quickly the first 2 stone goes its really good, then after that the novelty wears a bit and you have to be extra careful hahahaha I'm sure you'll do super hon. 178 isn't the worst place to be starting even if it feels like it right now. Just make sure you get your water in and be nice to yourself while your on it hahaha It really does change your life like nothing else though

Will have to change my lifestyle after this
to maintain loss hve always struggled to
maintain but never let it get out of control
kept it between 9.5-10 stone until now
this is the last diet Im going to do !

Hiya, I've had a lots of sleep problems in the first 2 weeks mainly, but then it got better. I tool Nytol, which helped on some days but on some not at all. Also, listening for 30mins to my meditation CD literally sent me to sleep, which was fab, so I've done that few times when my falling asleep was at the worst.

As for the mint leaves - I did have them a few times in the first 2 weeks; steeped in cold water overnight & also made couple of hot drinks with them. But to be honest, I couldn't be bothered with being careful when I drunk them (I didn't sieve them....) so now I'm just having my old trusty mint tea :)

any leaves u should be alright with but just to make sure give the Howard Group a call 01223-812812 they are the ones who distribute Lipotrim to Doctors and Pharmacists. But double check to see if it is the right number from Lipotrim website

My sleep has been great, although I'm finding myself super-tired in the mornings. :confused:

And posting that is making me yawn again!

hi my only problem i have is getting up in the middle of the night to go to the loo, i keep telling myself its flushing all that fat away but i am knackered in the morning:)

Hi all
Sleep seems to hve settled down now
still not needing as much sleep
Had a bad day yest but feeling much more
positive today looking forward to Sat for my
weigh in it's my first wi I got two weeks supply
as I am on hols so hoping for good result !
Fingers crossed !
