    :(Has anyone been able to get above 40 yet???
    I still can't take more than 35 and i have been using it for a good few weeks now....or am i just being a puff?:D

    I can't get them above 40 either, bf can't get them above 20. They're way more painful.
    Nic, do you ever find you have to drop the intensity of your belt? Yesterday my tummy muscles went into continuous spasm, and it was agonizing, and today I can't get above 55.

    No hun... are you over doing it?... i started low and built up!
    The arms one is just evil tho

    As someone said to me...slow and steady wins the race...with muscles its about reps as well as difficulty
