Just got back fro wi and only lost 1.5lb :sigh: I know it's a loss but when I got home I nibbled a bit of dd's dinner then drank loads of water after. I got home from wi busting for a wee then weighed myslef and I was 2lb lighter :confused:

Oh well here's to a good loss next week!
 
Hang in there Whoops, 1.5lb is still in the right direction.....drink that water flush it thru..

Lol, that must be rubbish, are your scales exactly the same as your CDC's? Its funny how your weight goes up and down isn't it! Well done on loosing too - at least you're going in the right direction!
 
Chin up, hun, it'll definitely show up next week as a bigger loss.


And 28.5 pounds in 6 weeks is not to be sneezed at!

I can imagine how you feel. My first week on LT (years ago now) I lost 11.5lbs and I was delighted ready for the massive weight losses that were promised! The following week I lost 1.5lbs and I had done nothing different, I was gutted as you can imagine. However, I stuck with it and regularly lost 4 or 5lbs per week after that. Its just a little blip hun, you still lost and it will be even better next week. Chin up xxx
 
A step in the right direction.

Look at the big picture - 28.5lbs in 6 weeks is fab. Well done.
