Slim for Summer 2014 - Jools diary

003.JPG006.JPGHey peeps, can you give your honest opinion on this outfit please? I have a night out at the end of the month and I have done away with my usual baggy trousers and bought myself a skirt and top. Hard to tell in the pics but the top is a vest with a chiffon top over it (attached). I NEVER wear anything that shows my legs or is so fitted so a bit paranoid that I look too chunky? The night out is going to watch some of my kickboxing class in their full contact fights and then onto the bars of York after xx
 
Thank you :) It's so lovely to see you Clinquant, I look forward to seeing you in here soon. Will have to pop in to S&S and see how everyone is, have stayed away recently as I keep feeling tempting to start back xx
 
Todays food -

Breakfast - Crunchy Nut and semi skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 x WW bread, 100g sweet chilli chicken, flora light and 50% less fat coleslaw
Dinner - Homemade sausage casserole with peppers, onions and new potatoes in a tomato and basil sauce
Snacks - grapes, 1 choc orange digestive, a banana

Cals - 1103

No exercise as was too busy. Looking forward to kickboxing tomorrow x

OMG Jewel you look stunning, that is a great outfit, something I hope I could wear one day when I get another stone off. Can I ask where you got it? so I can go steal your outfit ;) x

Oops forgot my food for yesterday -

Breakfast - Weetabix and semi skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 x WW bread, flora light and ham
Dinner - Chicken breast, philadelphia light and salad
Snacks - a banana, WW caramel wafer

Cals - 1100

Exercise - 1 hour of kickboxing

Should have had more cals yesterday due to kickboxing but didn't get the chance to eat them

Thanks I must have a look on MissGuided, my daughter gets loads of stuff from there, I've never looked for myself because I knew I wouldn't fit into any of it but I must go on and have a look now for some inspiration :) x
 
I never bought any clothes for myself when I was 18-20, so much nicer now getting stuff in 12-14 xx

Dinner - 2 egg omelette with onion and cheese, salad

Cals are very low due to not feeling well

I never bought any clothes for myself when I was 18-20, so much nicer now getting stuff in 12-14 xx

God that must feel great, I'm still stuck in 16-18's :(.

I'm desperate to get dieting again but at the minute I'm severely anaemic so just don't feel up to it but as of today they're talking about getting me in for a transfusion so hopefully I'll be back on my feet soon :) x
 
Aw you will get back on it again when the time is right Tracy. I have somehow gained a lb this week but I'm enjoying my exercise so much that I don't want to stop calorie counting and go back to S&S. I am having wine tonight too so it feels like I'm stuck in limbo weight wise x
 
Not updated for a few days. No weight loss this week, I'm guessing that's due to the bottle of wine I had at the weekend as I have ate well all week.

Today -

Breakfast - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 WW bread, flora light and ham
Dinner - 2 egg omelette with cheese, ham and onion plus salad
Snacks - apple, grapes

Cals - 1100
Exercise - 25 mins of jabs and kicks on bag, sit ups and press ups
