Slimfast vs asda mu

Hi Slimmers,

I'm sure this has been asked many times, sorry if this is the case.

I have choc and straw SF and the latte Asda..... Which do you find better? Not bothered by taste, more the effects.
From the packaging the SF is mixed with milk, and the Asda with water???
Does this make a difference to weight loss?

One more thing, is it me or does the sf powder when mixed taste of METAL?

I use the asda one. Purely because it has no sugar in it which means less of the carbs turn to sugar. Also good with no sugar as have cut out sugar from my diet for now to detox. Also it works out cheaper for me cause I don't have to buy the milk.
In 3 days on the asda one I lost 7lbs.

really dont like the asda shakes a bit grainy just using bars at the moment

I found the asda shakes too thick and a little gloopy. So I bought the SF powder instead and it's a lot nicer and easier to drink. I guess it's just down to personal preference though!
