Slimming at home....food diary to help keep me on track (with photos)

I'm intrigued by the s/w garlic bread made with smash? Did you take a photo? Can you please share recipe as I'm missing garlic bread x

I'm just making it now so I'll take a picture when it is done and let you know what it's like :)

It's a packet of smash made up with water, crushed garlic clove, garlic salt, mixed Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Lay out on a baking tray, spray with butter fry light and cook in the oven turning halfway through. Could also top with cheese mmmm :)

Monday

Well actually been for a run today, it felt so good, may hurt tomorrow though. Did jog walk jog walk but we went for about an hour so not bad! And me and my friend use to go but haven't been for a while and we did better than then so that's got to be a good thing!

Update... Wow I just done another hour walk...go me :D

B - wholemeal roll (H/Eb) 1 1/2 sausages and tsp of brown sauce (1syn)

S - grapes

L - pasta with chicken, bacon, mushroom and tomato sauce, cheese (H/Ea)

S - grapes

D - mini roast dinner, garlic mini roasts, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chicken and gravy (2.5syns)

S - pink wafer (2 syns) Ice-cream (2syns)

Total syns - 7.5

Exercise - 60mins jog/walk + 60mins walk :)

I'm getting weigh at 7pm tonight! My first week went well I thought I would do it perfect but i didn't, it's an easy plan to follow but it's also easy to use up your syns!! I would like to lose 5 pounds let's see how it goes.

Tuesday

B - grapes

S - mug shot and banana

L - pasta, with tomato, chicken, bacon and mushrooms, cheese (H/Ea)

S - grapes

D - s/w pizza and chips topped with wild rocket cheese (5syns)

S - sweet (1.5syns) curly wurly (6syns)

Total syns - 12.5

Exercise - 45 mins swimming (50 lengths) front crawl, kick, pull, backstroke and breaststroke :D

Wednesday

B - banana

S - grapes

L - pasta with chicken and bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion etc, cheese (H/Ea 1/2) a banana and yoghurt coated raisins (6.5syns)

S - Special K chewy bar (H/Eb)

D - glazed pork, cheesy onion jackets, garlic mushrooms and sweetcorn (other half of H/Ea)

S - grapes

Total syns - 6.5

Exercise - 45 min walk/jog

A massive well done in your weight loss. I feel I need a right kick up the bum lately . Just can't get motivated at all. Your photos look amazing. X
 
Hi , I've been doing it on and off for about 12 mth. I managed to lose 1 1/2 stone but coz I've been off plan for about 3 mth I've put 11 lb back on. I need to lose at least 2 stone now and I think I'll be happy. I'm just finding it hard to get back into it. I'm sure I'll get there soon. .... Well hopefully I will haha. X

Yeah you can do it, just think if you loose even just a pound a week that would be a stone by christmas!!
