B - grapefruit

S - sausage and bean bake (leftovers) banana.

D - s/w enchiladas, cheese (6 syns) salad and potato wedges

Feeling a little fed up today, not really sure why, think maybe cause I've been in and not done much the last couple of days! I've been working evenings and I think that I end up just not doing much and waiting to go to work :( think I need to plan a day out tomorrow with the kids, pack a picnic so I'm ready to go and just get up and go! I've been working nights over the summer holidays which have worked really well for me cause I've been coming home and getting out with the kids but now the nights have finished the routine has changed again. Hopefully once this horrible week of evenings has finished I can get back on track again!

On the plus side I am side I am sticking to plan really well and at the moment I'm not even wanting to go off plan!

Aww :( Hope you feel happier soon.
As you have said, planning something should help. :) I get depressed when I have nothing to do, too.

btw those double baked potatoes look lush!
 
Hi, hope you don't mind if I subscribe. Love the food pics and I'm going to try your warburtons wrap pizza idea. Can I just ask.. How much vanilla yogurt do you add to the jelly mix to make those sweets?

Of course that's fine, that's really nice xx the pizza is lovely!

I tend to just put in however much as I feel think in the original recipe it said a muller light so that should give you a bit of an idea :)

Congratulations on your loss, you'll have your half stone next week for sure!
And well done too for staying on track, I'm definitely going to try that sausage and bean bake soon I think it's something my daughter would love too.
I might pick up some jelly and try the sweets again too. I did try them once before and they failed completely so I'll use your instructions this time and hopefully they'll work!

The sausage and bean bake is lush and great for left overs! The kids enjoy it to which is a plus xx

Thursday

B - leftover sausage and bean bake

S- grapefruit and a few crisps (4syns)

L - same as yesterday as it was so nice! Salad, beetroot, pickled onions, jacket potatoes with cheese (h/e a) and (1.5syns-cheese triangle) and spring onions. image-834566985.jpg

S - 2 x alpen light (h/e B) and frozen grapes which I had to share with the kids!! :)

(Doesn't look the nicest meal but it was actually really nice!)

Hi Tracey. Brilliant weight loss last week and you seem really motivated at the moment too. Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit down. Hopefully it will pass soon, especially if you manage to get out somewhere. Surprising what even a bit of fresh air does to lift the mood! :) Well done though, for sticking to plan so well. Wish I could say the same! Just been away for 3 days with partner and MIL to Whitby so healthy eating went out the window and not really back on track yet! :S Oh well, there's always tomorrow!

L - 1/4 mug shot (felt quite sick and couldn't eat it!)

S - grapes

D - jacket potato, salad and beetroot ( cheese h/e A &B)

S - sweets (3 syns) 1/2 packet of crisp (2 syns)

Total syns - 5

Exercise - none :( again

No pictures today, not really had anything exciting just felt sickie most of the day!

Well not felt well at all today! Not really sure why, feld a bit odd really!

Somehow manages to resist the wine again!! That's been about 3 weeks!!

Not much super free today but it's been a struggle to eat anything really!

Total syns - 16 wow I thought I'd gone way over!!

Hunters chicken looks great, I didn't even think of making it before, I'm going to try this week. I've only ever bought the pre packaged ones though so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. Sorry to hear you're not feeling too well, hope you feel better soon :)
 
Monday

Well I didn't eat much yesterday, just didn't feel like it, probably didn't drink much water either!! Think I'm going to have a fry up for breakfast today as feeling a bit hungry which is probably good!
