Yes, that's definitely the right attitude - SW is definitely not a quick fix, it's a life style change and a sustainable one. Mine has slowed down quite a lot now x
That's exactly how i'm thinking about it. At least it's going in the right direction and so far, fingers crossed, i have not had a gain :D.
 
Breakfast: Apple, Plum, Blackberries & Blueberries with Coconut and Vanilla Yoghurt. 600ml of Alpro Coconut Milk.
Lunch: Chicken and Mango Salad (1 syn), Banana
Dinner: Beef Kheema with Savoy Cabbage & Spiced Potatoes
Snack: Strawberries & weight watchers yoghurt, 2 x Hifi Light HEXB
