I am struggling with a sweet treat to go with coffee and I'm sick of cereal bars!! I have made the Slimming World Weetabix cake today and at 3.5syns a slice it is fab (recipe below) so now I want to expand my repertoire!! Anyone else and 3-5 syn a slice cake recipes they could post so I can start a collection!!
2 weetabix
113g sultanas
142ml skimmed milk
142ml water
113g self raising flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
14g sweetener
1 beaten egg
Pop weetabix, sultanas, milk and water in bowl and leave to soften
Add remaining ingredients and stir
Bake in 1lb loaf tin at 180C for 1.25 hours
12 slices at 3.5 syns each
