So today is my first day with slimming world using the extra easy plan.
I hope I get the hang of this real quick so here we go
Was at meeting for two hours so my day of food begain me cooking at 11.30
Brunch
SW peri peri salt chips frylite - 0.5 syns
Ham
Scrambled eggs
Banana satsuma sf
150ml diet coke f
Bottle of water f
Pukka tea herbal f
SW chicken jambalaya omitted the quorn sausage and replaced it with prawns which I think it should then all be free foods in the slow cooker
Turkish delight muller f
Hea glass milk
Heb bfree wrap with tonight's meal
Monster munch 6 syns
