Made more slaw, this time grated carrot, apples, shredded cabbage, and chopped onion. Mixed with lemon, fromage frais, mustard powder and chives. It very nice in a jacket potato that's for sure and I will have some with bolognese later.

Off to take mum to the doctors today, and praying for a great solution in our favour with a different situation today too. Things are starting to seem like they are getting better now and I am trusting in that.

I feeling my weightloss, a spring in my step and a less protruding stomach this is a non scale victory however small.

Today's menu is shaping up like this;

Yes the slaw is nice and so easy to make, mum had blood test as she has a low blood count.

Just made her another batch of soup and jelly lol and I just had my breakfast.

When your there you feel rough you know it's where you need to be to get advice or and meds, but when your healthy assisting another person you just want to run to the hills lol so yes lots of vit c today :)

I take my pics makes me focused and remember what I liked on days when I feel a bit un inspired lol it's working so I keep it up ;)
