I won't be much help for EE or green as I long since decided they don't suit me, but can help you with the red ones ;)
 
There is a special 'Food Diary' sub section - with loads of peoples food diaries in there. Perhaps get this moved up there, or start a thread in that section?

carrot sticks




DINNER

75G sweet chilli light philly - HEA
mixed salad
Tbsp light mayo - 2 syns

250 SS MILK - HEA 2

options hot choc - 2 syns

30g alpen crunch HEB
250ml semi skim milk HEA
Banana

Lunch

Two w/w whole meal bread HEB2
Prawns
Lettuce
Ketchup- 1 Syn
Fat free plain yog
Apple
Orange

Dinner

Chicken breast
Lettuce
Cucumber
Celery
Radish
Egg
Salad cream- 1.5 SYN

Options hot chocolate 2 SYN
