I have noticed that no one has been on here lately re SW. I have joined online via the UK and am having difficulty re syn's here in Aus.
Does anyone want to revamp the SW forums ?
Also is anyone up for a xmas weight loss challenge as I need all the motivation I can get. Just stopped smoking and seem to lose and gain the same 3kg every week - hmm maybe the wine has a little to do with that though...

You can check the syns of food by u a ing the syns calculator. Just check the nutritional info on the product.
