Slimming world version of garlic 'breaded' mushrooms!

You will need,
-Button Mushrooms
-An egg
-Smash
-Garlic puree(with no oil)/Chopped garlic
-herbs to your taste (I used Thyme and alittle bit of chilli flakes)

Mix garlic puree with a cracked egg.
Chop the stalks on your mushrooms then put into the egg.
In another bowl mix smash with your herbs & spices so it is easily mixed.
Using one hand take mushrooms out of the egg (try to shake off excess egg.)
Put straight into the smash mixture and with other hand mix the smash over the mushrooms so they are evenly covered.
Then pop onto a baking tray, sprayed with fry light, then spray fry light over the mushrooms.
I put it into the oven on a medium heat until they were brown (about 20 minutes), they don't go very brown so i put them under the grill for five minutes to brown the top a bit more:)

they taste really nice! I am a very excited girly!:p

Anyone got any ideas of free/low syn dips to go with?
