hi am new to all this am a member off SW and for past 2 weeks i thought i was doing well sticking to what should be eatin am using the EE plan and have lost 10lbs since joining but last week gained 1.5 lbs even though i havent changed my eatin habits or cheated now i have just weighed myself again and i have gaine another 1lb? i was hoping i could get some info am i doing anything wrong?

i have fat free yogurts,fruit,veg ,pot,chicken ,cold meat etc no sweets at all i dont use my syns either yet i seem 2 have gained for 2 weeks in a row? any suggestions would be very helpful as i feel very low in mood now

Make sure you are having 1/3 superfree (most veg and fruit) with your meals. Have your hea and heb choice and do use your syns.

Why not type up what you have eaten for each meal and snacks and then we'll be able to see if anything needs a little tweak.

Don't give up cos it does work and by posting on here you'll get so much support, inspiration and motivation.
