Slow but it's moving!

Hi Everyone

I've just had my first eight week weigh in at the Ladies only gym. I am pleased to report I've lost 10lbs and 22cm off my measurements.

In the past I would have been disappointed with only a 1lb a week but now I know although this isn't ground breaking it is a sustainable loss and I can do it!!!!

Great that 10lbs is gone forever, are you watching what you eat as well as going to the gym.
