slow cookery recipes

Hi there, I brought a slow cookery Friday but need some ideas for slimming world recipes. I don't eat beef or lamb, but do est other meats, fish etc. Please can u help me thanks guys x

If you do a search for slow cooker there are literally hundreds of recipes

There's also a sticky thread in the winter warmers forum

Selina I have only just started using mine too, haven't been overly brave with it yet but I made a lovely root vegetable stew thing yesterday with swedes, carrots, tatties and onions with chicken stock. Nothing mega exciting but it was a lovely comforting bowl of (mostly) superfree bellyfiller
