I WI tomorrow, but judging by my scales, I will only have lost 2lb this week - the same as last week. :(

Is this normal? I did wonder whether it might be the bars as have only had them for the last two weeks?

I know 2lb is better than nothing, but I'm really disappointed, especially as my first two weeks were so good!

I know exactly how you' re feeling.mine was 1.5 pounds last week and probably 2 pounds this week. I thought it might be the bars as well but I wouldn't think so as they are only 140 cals and I have checked and am still in ketosis. It just sucks when other people are losing so much weight each week and we are stuck with 2 lousy pounds....

I know! I was expecting 4-5lb a week after the first week. I've got targets to meet! Sticking with it in the hope that it will get better and average out.

Try not to worry hun, the losses will fluctuate but should average at a stone per month. Sometimes I would lose 5lb, sometimes 1lb but it always worked out when looked at across a month.

How do you 'check' if you're still in ketosis?
