I WI tomorrow, but judging by my scales, I will only have lost 2lb this week - the same as last week.
Is this normal? I did wonder whether it might be the bars as have only had them for the last two weeks?
I know 2lb is better than nothing, but I'm really disappointed, especially as my first two weeks were so good!
