slowly!!!

hi everyone. not been on for a while, the first four weeks where a bit chaotic, losing one week, putting on the next. my weight loss is very slow...sure i'd be fine if it wasn't for the weekend:) Just going to read all the posts from the last two weeks... that should keep me out of the kitchen...good luck to everybody:)

Slowly but surely! keep at it and you'll get there!

I'm 11 weeks into WW now and i've lost 11lbs, like you i've had weeks where i've gone and lost half, only to put on a lb when i go the next week! It can be very frustrating...especially because i know exactly why it is...i very easily slip into guesstimating points values, when i track properly i always lose. Good luck!

Don't worry about slow at all. WW is a big adjustment cos it should be for life (big psychological thing). Slow is better for your skin and for keeping the weight off too so don't worry...
