Love this stuff. I do the chicken strips, dipped in egg, then rolled in seasoned smash flakes (add dried herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, whatever you fancy) then spray with a tidge of fry light and bake. Good shizzle and tastes nothing like smash or potato!!

I've tried this too in a southern fried chicken style seasoning and was yummy. Highly recommended!
