After weeks of barely losing weight, despite being really really good about keeping to around 1200 - 1400 calories (though less good at keeping up with the exercise!), I was starting to feel disheartened. I read all the diaries and threads here, and find it so supportive to know we are all on this journey together.
Before dashing off to work this morning, and hoping against hope, that I might have lost some weight, I gingerly stepped on the scales ... and I've lost!! Down to 11st 8lbs now, only a pound away from my next mini goal ... a final weight of around 8st 12lbs seems like it might be do-able after all :D

Its really hard to keep going when it does not show on the scales but you have done it now and you deserve to give yourself a pat on the back!!!!

Congratulations on the weight loss! I seem to be on a bit of a go-slow at the moment, I'm hoping my weight loss will pick up again soon, we really do just have to stick with it :)
