Just made a shake with my smoothie to go and one word 'LUSH'

Less washing lol as it all done in the cup & it takes up alot less room my blender has now been put away ;-)

I always make myn with ice helps get rid of the bits too I find !!

do you crush the ice first or just put whole cubes in?

I do mine in a smoothie 2 go when i used to put it in the shaker id half freeze some water in a small pop bottle as it goes slushy

thanks - that's a great idea. i've got a hand blender too, so I guess that'd work. will give it a try, i've not had an iced one yet.

I've got one of these too-so will have to try it-don't have any ice at the moment! So that's the first thing I have to sort lol x

It's the best 25pound I've ever spent just wish the rest of the family would stop pinching the ice!

I just use my shaker what I had on lipotrim and put 4 pieces of ice in shake it about .
