Hi, long story short I'm trying to lose weight on a budget. The lifestyle that I have at the minute is hectic and no thrills. During dinner I don't have time or facilities to cook so I'm very limited to what I can have. Usually just salad or a sandwhich. I've seen a smoothie diet that is rich in fruit and vegetables but I'm not completely sure on the risks/side affects. Is a high vegetable and fruit smoothie diet healthy? Once the diet is stopped will all the weight just come back? (I've seen people say you only lose water weight) Is diarrhea a common side affect? I'm not exceptionally unhealthy but very slowly putting weight on. Meat and fish is rather expensive which tends to be the basis of most diets.
