Snack recipes

does anyone have any good recipes for snacks I can take to work? Preferably 1-2 syns per snack, so I can have 3 or 4 throughout the day!

Some lunches and snacks I jave
Hummus from the sw website and have it with carrots n cucumber.
Egg muffins
Hexb oat muffins
Hexb weetabix muffins
Try the snacks section on sw website. I find it very helpful
