I use to save muller lights to snack on in evening which on propoints now vary between 2pp / 3pp filled me up, also on propoints now due to being free could also try fruit?? or veg? cut up some carrots and make a dipping sauce to go with? other than that if you want something sweet sugar free jelly is still zero propoints and also you could have a small milkyway bar (17p ones) 2propoints, WW eclairs are only 2pp also :) Smarties mini box 2pp

    WeightWatchers

there is a list of all the WW products and their new propoints values, lots of snacking ideas :) xx

Well if you did want those things still then the snack a jack bags are 3-4PP each (let me know if you want the PP's for exact flavours) and a 26g curly wurly is 3PP (2PP for 14g size).

    26g Chomp is 3PP
Creme egg is 2PP (apparently, not sure i'd believe that one...)
    Flake cake is 3PP
Walkers Baked range as 3PP each, as are Squares and 1 28g bag of Lights Simply Salted are 2.

That's if you were after 'naughty' snacks...

I think that's for the mini ones, a normal sized 39g egg works out at 5pp

    :)

I'm on carrot sticks and BBQ sauce tonight!

Iv run out of pp already today and wanted to save majority of my 49 for weekend lol

I don't get paid till tomorrow and think I should really have waited to start pp till I'd shopped for the week.

Healthy options: Veggies and dip (salsa mixed with Greek yogurt, hummus, guacamole, fat-free ranch or Caesar dressing, etc., etc.) I also like apples and sugar-free caramel dip. Or air-popped popcorn sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with chili powder and Splenda. If you like spicy-sweet things, you'll flip for this combo! You can take a WW pita, cut it into wedges, spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with your fave seasonings and bake till crispy for pita chips. English muffin pizzas are a good mini-meal, and can be made in the toaster-oven.

I like a Tesco meringue nest for 1pp with some frozen mixed berries (defrosted) inside and a scoop of Total fat free yogurt on top (2pp for a whole 150ml tub so depends how much you have).

I'm very bad at this... I would have a slice of ww cheese or 2 slices of ww cheese with some ham in between. You might think "ew" as there's no bread, but I love it :) it gives me a sense of naughtiness, although still staying within points. 2 slices of ww cheese and 50g of ham are only 3pp in total!!

I also do that with a bowl of tuna and Mayo (no bread). Used to gross my housemates at Uni right out!

Incidentally 1/2 tin of tuna is 1PP and 15g of Extra light Mayo is 1PP. Sorted!
