low syn crisps (quavers, french fries, velvet crunch, pom bears, wotsits all pretty low I think)
quark, options hot choc and a little sweetener mixed in makes an alternative to choc mousse
mikado sticks
muller lights
low fat choc mousse - cadburys light or store own brand aren't many but check syns first
Evenings are my worst too! There's loads of free things to have like:
lean chicken
prawns/seafood sticks
veg sticks and salsa
fruit
sw chips if you're feeling greedy
cherry toms
could save a and b choice for cheese on toast
save b choice for hifi bar/cereal bar
Erm, sure if you do a google search more threads will pop up with ideas
