Well, it's now been just over 2 months since I rejoined SW and it's been my most successful membership yet. However, over the weekend I noticed a bit of complacency sneaking in and a few unsynned nice things found their way into my mouth, so I thought it would be a good idea to start a diary on here to keep myself in check during the week. I have a blog but I only tend to a weekly round up on there following my weigh in. I am also going to make more of an effort to update my food diary, which I am monumentally crap at remembering to do.

So it's been 2 months and 1 week since I joined. A lot has happened in that time. I easily slipped into my new healthy eating pattern, got my half stone award after my first month and my first stone after my second. Then on Saturday we were told that our lovely consultant had passed away in his sleep earlier last week. I hadn't been a member for long but his meetings were great with a lovely bunch of people and I actually stayed to them (historically I loathed image therapy). I have got more hints and tips from that meeting in the past couple of months than I ever have at the other groups I've joined in the past.

Neverthless I will be moving to a different group soon, as my husband starts a new job in a few weeks that will mean he works on Saturdays. I really can't see my 2 year old sitting quietly throughout image therapy, so move I must. I will be returning to my old group, which is at least within walking distance of home. I will miss my Saturday morning WI. I always feel like it sets me up nicely for the weekend and coming week.

Anyway, back on track with me. At least I've now eaten all the pink n whites they are out if temptation's way...

Hiya, just saw you on another post and saw your from bristol - ooh so am I! I live in Melksham in Wiltshire now though. Nice little town, not much goes on and thats good for me! Im on my first week and doing it all from home with the help of this site and various facebook groups. Theres some great slimming world groups on facebook with meal ideas and tips. Well done on losing weight so far and good luck keeping away from the treats. I find it helps me if I save the syns til the evening or when Im most snacky and then keep myself on the straight and narrow by telling myself "wait til (whatever time) then you can have that treat" and it helps me alot x
