breakfast: small avocado, milky coffee ( strange breakie i know but needed eating)

lunch: toasted chicken & lettuce wrap, sweet chilli sauce & extra light mayo

dinner: spaghetti on toast, an orange

evening snack: bowl icecream :)
 
hi val sorry didn't realise lol, have decided after a blip last night to come onboard s/w in theory i shouldn't over eat !!! you've done so well if it's worked for u it can work for me :D did manage to lose 2.5 lbs this week which i was happy about :)

so plan for today is: RED

breakfast:
banana and mullerlight yog

lunch:
2 poached eggs on toast, brown sauce 1 syn & h/e b

dinner:
chicken, brocolli, green beans and carrots, smigin gravy 1 syn

snacks:
lookalike mars choc ice 7.5 syns
500 ml semi skimmed milk 2 x h/e

dinner - "fried" brekkie, egg ,bacon, mushrooms, brown sauce, tsp light spread
tomatoes and slice toast from 800g loaf

h/e b - 6 ryvita crackerbread and slice w/m bread

my god it's almost a year since i have been on here time flies............. i was successful losing a bit of weight but have put loads back on and know if i don't draw the line and start afresh i will end up heavier than when i started :eek: but i don't really feel in the right head space to do it so i am going to log what i do eat in the hope it helps me to control what i put into my mouth, i am going to use some ww watchers products like the petit pains & fromage frais as feel these are better for me than the standard petit pains & fromage frais :) i really wanted chocolate this morning and went to the shop intending to buy loads of bars but once i was up there decided to buy some curly wurly & chomp so i get a choccie fix without going overboard :rolleyes: so today am intending to have:

Breakfast
2 weetabix, sliced banana on top and skimmed milk
Lunch
2 ww petit pain with egg & cress salad cream
Dinner
couscous, chicken in spices with yoghurt & salad
Snacks
orange, ww fromage frais, pineapple
