So after a week

After joining SW last Saturday, i've managed to lose 3lb. I've really surprised myself as this is the first diet i've ever done. I'm really enjoying the recipes but i will admit that i have found it hard sticking to the correct amount of syns (15). When i have gone over, i've just looked at what i had to eat or drink & i've changed it.
 
I joined slimming world last year and found it helped me (unfortunately I still gave up though!) but it's best to attend the meetings. I wanted to have a loss each week just for the group announcements! Good luck :)
