I lost 2.5 pounds on 1st attack day and was over the moon, went shopping to get diet drinks, chicken etc and have been drinking 2 cans a day along with my water intake. Only 5 mins ago I discovered I had picked the wrong crate of cans up and instead of Pepsi Max it's been actual full fat Pepsi!! No wonder I only lost 1 pound on day 2 and 0.5 pound on day 3 :( :(

On the plus side, I made the oatmeal muffins and they are yum!! Finally found an enjoyable way to eat my daily oatbran

Thats a pain I love oatbran I just make it as porridge taste bit like ready brek just cut Pepsi out and u will see difference straight away

Human error. It happens and you have nothing to blame yourself for. Put it behind you, drink lots of water and you'll soon be back on track.

no to worry charlie, that's something that's happened to most of us i think. like the others have said - water, exercise and move on. you should see your losses improve now though!
