So chuffed with myself!!!

definitely in the head - I have found I've not had so much of the psychological hunger if I've filled up on the water and do something slightly different (taking away the triggers that made me search for food in the first place - emotion, boredom, comfort,cos it tastes nice, cos its there!) *apart from my burger blip on Monday, ahem!
and well done again on the swimming - I am trying to up my walking a little more - nothing major yet, just a bit further or a bit faster as I'm not a fan of the gym! (might be further down the line....)
Have a fab day and stay strong - deep breath and deal with the problems one at a time. chocolate is not your friend, just someone you used to know...!
