So do you honestly count things like this..

:giggle:eek:ops, missed your last post! :giggle: sorry

Smirky: you are thinking in liters!!! 500ml is 1/2 liter, but nearly a pint!
1 pint is 568ml!! which is 2points! so you are underestimating your milk points by nearly 50%!!

sorry, didn't want to crash the threat, this just jumped into my eyes!!

:giggle:eek:ops, missed your last post! :giggle: sorry

hahaha oops!!! thankyou!!! :D:D:D:D

i knew 1000ml equaled something :eek::eek::eek: :p hehe

so is 0.5 right for 1/4 of a pint? which would work out to be *does sums* 568ml = 1 pint, 1/2 = 284, so if i had 1/4 = 142ml of milk with cereal i'd point it as 0.5?? :) thanks for help and clearing it all up hehe :D

I think it probably is 2 points for a pint of skim milk in the UK. i am in South Africa and I think they have a slightly different idea of what "fat free" means here, lol, hence it being 3 points for my 568ml (1 pint) if I work it out on the milk I buy. The again maybe I just need to find a new milk supplier.
